Decent Technologies – Mobile Applications

This Privacy Policy applies to every mobile application published by Decent Technologies ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play and other app stores, including the Decent ERP App and any other app whose store listing names Decent Technologies as the developer (each, the "App"). Our apps are business tools, mobile clients for the DecentERP / textile ERP system used by our customers' staff for sales, purchase, production, stock, approvals and related operations. By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is published by Decent Technologies. It connects to an ERP server that is operated by your employer or organisation (the "Organisation"), whose server address is configured in the App. Business data you view or enter in the App is stored on that server and is controlled by your Organisation. Decent Technologies provides the software and support for it.

| Camera and photos – images you capture or select. | To scan QR codes and barcodes and to attach photos of products, materials and documents to records. Images you attach are uploaded to your Organisation's server. |

| Files you choose to open or share (for example PDFs and reports). | To view, save or share documents on your request. |
| Network information – connectivity status and the server address. | To check that the ERP server is reachable and to show connection errors. |
The App does not collect your precise location, contacts, SMS or call logs. We do not show advertisements in the App.
You can withdraw any permission at any time in your device settings; the related feature will then stop working.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
Data is transmitted between the App and the server over the network configured by your Organisation, and access is protected by user authentication and role-based permissions. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Business data is retained on your Organisation's server according to its own policies. Data stored locally on your device (such as login session and settings) is removed when you sign out or uninstall the App. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data or account, contact your Organisation's administrator or email us at dd@decenttechnologies.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Our apps are business tools intended for working adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App itself does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Where the App displays web content, the website may use standard cookies as described in its own policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
